15.03.2009 - Successful XIV Austrian Cheerleading Championships

With a bronze medal for the Peewees, a 4th place finish for the Juniors and a 5th place finish for the Seniors the Raiderettes wrapped up a successful Austrian Championship. The event in Ferry Dusika Stadium was a huge success, it was a sold out event with over 4,000 in attendance and all in all the talent level displayed by all participating squads was very high.

Cheerleading coach Stephanie Rimml: ?We are pleased with all three of our squads.  They performed very well and made no mistakes.  We simply have to recognize the fact that the level of play by some of the other teams is unbelievably high, and thus the order of finish.?
