RAIDERS Tirol Eigengewächs Lukas Haslwanter trägt auch in der kommenden European League of Football-Saison silver and black. Der 23-jährige Runningback bleibt bei seinem Heimatclub.

Haslwanter startete seine Football-Karriere 2016 im Nachwuchs der SWARCO Raiders Tirol und konnte sich durch starke Leistungen für das österreichische U19-Nationalteam empfehlen. Mit dem Team wurde er 2019 Junioren-Europameister. Zur Saison 2021 wurde Haslwanter in die Kampfmannschaft des AFL-Teams hochgezogen und er konnte mit seiner Mannschaft die Austrian Bowl gewinnen. Seit 2022 steht er im Backfield der RAIDERS Tirol und geht in der ELF auf Touchdown-Jagd. Vergangenes Jahr kam der Runningback auf 355 Rushing-Yards bei 72 Versuchen für 2 Touchdowns sowie 45 Receiving-Yards bei 8 Receptions. Mit dem österreichischen Nationalteam wurde er zudem im Oktober Europameister.

RAIDERS Tirol home-grown talent Lukas Haslwanter will continue to wear silver and black in the upcoming European League of Football season. The 23-year-old running back will remain with his home club.
Haslwanter started his football career in 2016 in the SWARCO Raiders Tirol youth programme and was able to recommend himself for the Austrian U19 national team thanks to his strong performances. He became European Junior Champion with the team in 2019. Haslwanter was promoted to the AFL team for the 2021 season and won the Austrian Bowl with his team. Since 2022 Haslwanter is playing for the RAIDERS Tirol in the ELF. Last year, the running back recorded 355 rushing yards on 72 attempts for 2 touchdowns and 45 receiving yards on 8 receptions. He also became European champion with the Austrian national team in October.
