Huber, der seine Karriere im Nachwuchs der Salzburg Ducks begann, wagte 2017 den Schritt in die USA und lief dort an der Western Yell County Highschool in Havana, Arkansas auf. 2019 folgte die Rückkehr nach Europa, wo sich Huber den Kirchdorf Wildcats in der German Football League anschloss. Von 2020 bis 2021 versuchte sich Huber am New Mexico Military Institute, einem Junior College. 2022 wurde er mit den Vienna Vikings Champion in der European League of Football. Im vergangenen Jahr schloss er sich den RAIDERS Tirol an, wo Huber auf 8 Tackles (1 solo, 7 assists), 1 Tackle For Loss und 1 Pass Break Up kam.

Linebacker Sebastian Huber will play for the RAIDERS Tirol in 2024. The 23-year-old is entering his second season with the Tyroleans. Huber, who began his career as a junior for the Salzburg Ducks, ventured to the USA in 2017, where he played at Western Yell County High School in Havana, Arkansas. Huber returned to Europe in 2019, where he joined the Kirchdorf Wildcats in the German Football League. From 2020 to 2021, Huber played for the New Mexico Military Institute, a junior college. In 2022, he became champion in the European League of Football with the Vienna Vikings.
